Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time/permanent Webinar Program/Account Specialist to manage webinar programs for our technology clients. The Specialist will primarily work at the Crawford Group offices in Campbell and as needed at clients' offices in Silicon Valley.

The right candidate will have hands on working knowledge of webinar programs (such as WebEx, Adobe Connect or similar platforms) and will be responsible for the development, set-up, implementation and management of these programs on behalf of our client. In addition, the specialist will manage the webinar program plan which will consist of interfacing with clients, scoping their webinar needs, estimating and tracking to client budgets. Must remain cool under pressure in the delivery of multiple priorities with tight deadlines. A relaxed style, yet detail oriented and on task personality is a great plus. This position offers opportunity for growth and advancement within the Crawford Group Account team.

Responsibilities:

Participate in webinar program scoping and planning meetings with client

Write proposals for each webinar program and gain budget approval from client

Track webinar series and budgets for each client and provide monthly reporting

Development and management of webinar in collaboration with client leaders and presenters

Schedule Outlook invitations to presenters and key contributors; providing key session details and login instructions

Set-up and scheduling of Audio sessions for programs

Post on demand content to client sites, including presentations, polling questions and file share downloads

Weekly development updates and delivery of Registration Reports to client

Scheduling of audio services as required

Live event program management

Final provisioning of webinar content: Polling, slideshows, development of operator scripts for each session

Day of facilitation and management as required

Pre-conference management and management of audio and recordings

Q&A log distribution

Escalate technical issues to Client Team Lead as needed/required

Deliver recording of sessions/events to Client Team Lead

Develop and deliver in room Q&A, polls and chat logs

Estimate and report number of attendance based on webinar logins



Skills:

2 - 3 years of experience with webinar operations, managing webinar programs. Experience using Adobe Connect or WebEx required.

Strong customer service orientation

Solid communications skills, verbal and written. Must have the ability to interface with people at all levels of an organization with confidence.

Ability to define programs and scope time requirements

Strong project management capabilities

Attention to detail, ability to remain level headed and problem solve on the fly

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite



SALARY: D.O.E., as a full time/permanent employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)

LOCATION: Primarily onsite at Crawford Group office in Campbell, CA with flexibility to work as needed at clients' office in San Jose, CA. No phone calls, please.

HOURS/DURATION: Full time permanent employment, starting December 14, 2015.
