(v1.08 - 1449875468) - Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Web Marketing Analytics Consultant who specializes in Adobe Analytics for a part time, ongoing freelance role for our client.

The Web Marketing Analytics Consultant will manage quarterly digital analyses used to drive business decision-making within a corporate marketing organization. The Consultant collaborates with necessary business partners to generate reports needed to build recommendations and partners with leadership to drive innovative business recommendations.

The Web Marketing Analytics Consultant Acts as a liaison to other divisions to gather data and deliver metrics that support the division operations and works with managers to ensure data integrity of the divisional data warehouse infrastructure and the divisions' operational and strategic performance scorecards.

Requirements:

Data Reporting and Organization

Review and advise client on their current site performance analytic programs including traffic patterns, navigation and conversion paths, marketing campaigns and site enhancements and proactively seek and define opportunities improve conversion, revenues and user experience.

Work with analytics vendors, tag management solution and internal central analytics teams to ensure that all tagging and reporting is completed as per best practice methodology and that feedback is provided back to central analytics teams on improving tools and methodology.

Provide any recommendations and specifications to enhance reporting and metrics

Data Reporting and Analysis

Locate, acquire, manipulate and transform, and analyze data from various data sources, requiring the expert use of querying, reporting and presentation tools.

Collaborates with business partners to incorporate necessary data and analysis outside the scope of the division as necessary.

Completes high-level business analysis that drives division business decisions. Produces analysis to explain variances and anomalies in data.

Establishes models for workforce issues to facilitate planning, developing and monitoring of division initiatives.

Works with necessary business partners to create metrics related to the divisional profit and growth plan.

Collaborates with internal business partners to develop innovative business solutions.

Operational Metric Development and Analysis

Create operational metrics related to the division initiatives, such as those related to subrogation, special investigations, customer satisfaction, or productivity. Produce basic analysis and commentary to explain variances and anomalies.

Organize and make recommendations on plans for initiatives, processes and systems for divisional measures and metrics. Identify innovative analytical approaches and seek improvements in methodology for divisional data analytics and delivery

Collaborate with other functions and departments to define and establish the most appropriate metrics and reporting needs for each area to effectively meet business needs and drive actionable results

Provide direction and assistance in the monitoring of corporate and division control activities through analysis of corporate reports and information, ad hoc reporting and communications with management regarding measured compliance with established controls

Train the organizations lead on the divisional scorecard and operational metrics

Support all divisional departments with project-related analytics needs

Skills:

8+ years' experience in consulting and/or implementing solutions leveraging a combination of web analytics /digital analytics /customer data analytics, online/interactive marketing, statistical modeling, CRM program implementation, marketing performance measurement, and/or customer strategy.

Deep experience in one or more of the following: Digital analytics and optimization, statistical modeling, consumer insights, marketing analytics

Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating customer campaigns (i.e., segmentation, predictive response models, etc.) as well as a strong knowledge of online marketing and/or CRM best practices

Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Tag Management Solutions (Ensighten, Tealium, GTM), A/B MVT Solutions (Target, Optimizely, Sitespect)

Experience defining analytics strategy, developing analytics requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Demonstrated experience consulting leadership on complex metrics concepts

Proven experience in developing data sets for wide-spread use

Success with performing advanced financial or business analysis and reporting.

Demonstrated experience utilizing software tools to query and report data (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos or Crystal)

Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports

Demonstrated experience with Adobe web analytic product suite

Solid understanding of marketing methodologies, concepts and tools

Experience with Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, QlikView, and MicroStrategy, etc

Familiarity with third party data sources such Claritas, Acxiom, Abacus, TARGUSinfo, eXelate Media, BlueKai, or other geo-demographic data

Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint)

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

An advanced degree in the area of specialization

RATE: Hourly, D.O.E., as 1099 Independent Consultant

LOCATION: Fully offsite, virtual, remote, WFH, telecommute. No phone calls please.

HOURS/DURATION: Part time consulting project at the beginning of each quarter (January, April, July, October.) Hours as follows: 1st week of quarter = 40 hours, 2nd week of quarter scaling down to 20 hours. Starting January 4, 2016 – ongoing.
