Independently able to handle and influence complex business issues; foresees possible issues and addresses them before they arise in a fast paced environment. <br /><br /> Responsibilities:<br /><br /> • Organize annual planning process meetings, workshops and interlocks<br /><br /> • Develop and maintain a strategic planning calendar with schedules based on corporate planning timelines and other dependent milestones<br /><br /> • Prepare for planning team meetings to communicate overall planning process, raise awareness of planning deliverables and milestones <br /><br /> • Follow up with planning teams to drive closure and communication of action items <br /><br /> • Create and manage the project plan for annual planning and drive/communicate resolution and mitigation of planning gaps/issues/risks <br /><br /> • Develop and maintain a comprehensive planning schedule, including socialization and coordination with all planning stakeholders<br /><br /> • Keep stakeholders informed through various communication methods. <br /><br /> • Manage documentation of all planning deliverables.
