Full Time Permanent Support Engineer for Level 1 & Level 2 - Berkeley/Oakland Area
Must have experience supporting outside customers with support issues via phone, email or chat
A basic understanding on RDBMS's and Sql queries is required for both roles.
You should be an effective communicator, with excellent written and oral communications skills, as you will be the first person our customers will interact with. We look for someone that can solve problems and effectively work with customers on a variety of issues. You have experience with and know when and how to escalate an issue to the next level if needed. You will actively contribute to our growing Knowledgebase.
