Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is focused on the contract and direct hire placement of mid-to-senior level candidates for various roles in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, including: Recruiting Managers, Sr. Recruiters, Sourcing Strategists, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, Vendor Management Consultants, Program Managers, etc.
We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles. Our current openings include:
- 2 Senior Recruiters Candidates can be located in Reading, MA or Burlington, VT Our client has an immediate long term contract opportunity for two (2) Senior Recruiters
· 1 Recruiter will support IT (primarily Infrastructure they are a PeopleSoft shop so experience developing pipelines of functional and technical professionals fluent in all PeopleSoft modules)
· 1 Recruiter will support the openings for all Corporate Operations, including Legal, Marketing, Sales, Accounting/Finance, HR. Previous corporate experience required.
- Senior Recruiter Southlake, TX
Our client has an immediate contract opportunity for a Senior Recruiter
The ideal candidate will have strong experience and success in recruiting Digital Marketing and Product Marketing professionals. The initial assignment term will be three (3) months, with a strong opportunity for extension.
- Campus Recruiting Coordinator Seattle, WA
Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and they have an immediate opening for a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Campus Recruiting Team. In addition to the normal RC responsibilities of scheduling, updating the ATS, and creating offer letters; this person will also be responsible for managing booth shipments, registering for campus career fairs, posting jobs on campuses and communicating logistics to campus recruits. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Campus Recruiting efforts, have the ability to multitask, strong communication skills, and experience working with Taleo. This is a flexible position with approx. 3 days per week required onsite at their downtown Seattle campus
· Healthcare Recruiting Lead - Virtual
The successful candidate will be well versed in Healthcare recruiting (specifically products and devices) and CPG. This position will be the "go to expert" on Healthcare recruiting and have strong client management skills. The initial assignment will be a six (6) month term with a high likelihood of long-term extension. Some travel required.
- 2 Senior Talent Sourcers Public Sector Metro DC - Virtual
Our client has two immediate openings for Senior Talent Sourcers to support their Federal Practice. The successful candidates must have a strong background identifying and pipelining qualified technical candidates with security clearance up to a TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly. To be successful, you must be passionate about recruiting, capable of thriving in a fast paced environment, supporting demanding clients, and able to attend local recruiting events. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. This is a 6 month contract assignment with opportunity for long-term extension.
- 2 Talent Sourcers Bothell, WA
Due to increased business needs, our client has two immediate openings for Sourcers. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a seasoned recruiting team as the sourcing expert. To be successful you must possess strong research skills; be a capable cold-caller; be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and have strong communication and organizational skills. These will be initially 6 month contract role that have the potential to convert to full time in 2012.
· Senior Recruiter Atlanta, GA
Our global financial client has an immediate opening for a senior recruiter onsite at their midtown Headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, including: posting job advertisements, sourcing, and qualifying candidates. The successful candidate will assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers' needs; be able to respond to multiple orders; and provide professional support to managers. Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships. Six *(6) plus years of prior recruiting experience is required. This is a three (3) month contract assignment.
· Staffing Associate Virtual
Our Fortune 10 client has an immediate long term contract assignment open for a Staffing Associate. This role will provide support in the functional areas of a recruiting department such as (but not limited to):
o Assisting with maintaining accurate tracking of candidates
o Scheduling/conducting phone screens
o Submitting requests for interviews and background checks
o Compiling reports and tracking budget activity
o Producing/extending offer letters
o Submitting and tracking external/internal job postings
o Assisting with activities related to large recruiting events
The successful candidate's ability to be creative and extremely resourceful is essential in a large, fast-paced organization such as this. You will need to be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints, prioritize while multi-tasking, provide outstanding customer service and be flexible in the performance of the job responsibilities. It is essential that you are able to work successfully in a virtual team environment and be able to build effective and long-lasting working relationships.
