| Director II, Product Management- In this position, the individual will be part of the NPI (New Product Introduction) team responsible for the operational side of New Product Development activity for Solid State Drives (Mass storage solutions for mobile, ultra mobile, tablet and other CE devices requiring dedicated storage solutions), from the concept phase through the development and qualification phases, through production until EOL (End of Life). As the program manager, the individual will be responsible for the coordination of production, prototype builds, and material delivery. This individual will also have the ability to initiate and manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with many different groups and levels of people, both internally and externally. The individual must have a commitment to do everything possible to ensure the team's success as well as the flexibility to quickly re-direct efforts based on new information. The individual will need to take ownership of the coordination of new product development schedules, production plans, BOM (Agile PLC) and ERP (SAP) activity and inventory management and depletion. |
