Title: Launch Marketing Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos (renewable per quarter)
This person has exceptional project management and communication and collaboration skills. He or she will be expected to run launch meetings to keep the team on task. A Self Starter Marketing Manager with the following skills:
- 5-7 years of Marcom Project Management with extensive launch background.
- Support creating Launch Plans and Manage Budget
- Superb project management skills
- Managing/Updating the overview deliverables spreadsheet
- Track and manage all Launch Milestones by Launch Gate.
- Reviews deliverables and communications
- Excellent meeting facilitator skills
- Agenda setting for Launch meeting, touch base, Runs meetings, discuss important/relevant topics
- Collaborate with teams to make sure all aspects of launch is managed
- Work with Architecture leads and Scope out launch specifics
- Set up meeting to help to map out deliverables for every product (one for every product)
- Support Tools
SharePoint Management, Content Finder Support, Update dashboards
- Detail oriented and the ability to follow-up to close the loop
- Tracking and following up on next steps/actions
- Make sure supporting documents are aligned and posted
- Excellent communication skills
