Eccolo Media is a unique and growing agency of marketing communications writers serving up high quality content for mid- to enterprise-size technology companies.
We have an opportunity for a full-time employee based in San Francisco, experienced in managing all details of a robust customer reference program, who is interested in helping us deepen the reference program practice for our agency. Responsibilities will include managing and developing the reference and story pipeline and interfacing with internal teams to drive the program for our technology clients.
Requirements include:
• 3+ years managing all aspects of developing customer references, including case studies, videos, peer-to-peer and media references
• 3+ years in the technology industry
• Must have experience in pipeline development, sourcing reference candidates with internal teams, vetting participants, etc.
• Must be detail oriented, with superb program management and tracking skills, experience with Office products
• Salary starting at $80,000 with superb benefits, position is full-time, onsite in San Francisco's financial district
• Travel to client locations in South Bay 2-3 times a month will be required
