We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth execution of projects and processes across the company. You should be comfortable with managing executive stakeholder expectations and managing the successful delivery of projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
• Proactively manage (with minimal supervision) all tactical aspects of the project: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, quality, and communication on a daily basis.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive project plans for the design and development of new products or improvement of existing products.
• Responsible for the project administration such as project setup, ongoing project financials analysis, time and expense approval, internal weekly status reports.
• Track, document and publish all key milestones and schedules.
• Help with improving business processes.
• Drive to deliver great results.
Minimum requirements:
• 3-5 years project management experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
• Exposure to defining, developing, and implementing processes.
• Possess strong command of OmniPlan, MS Excel, MS Project and familiarity with enterprise project management applications
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management within an organization.
• Demonstrates good analysis, collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
• Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Quick learner, Flexible, Process Oriented, Highly Organized and Proactive.
• Previous start-up experience is a strong plus.
• Social networking experience is a strong plus.
