Sr HR Manager position - Manufacturing/Distribution- Salina -Near Wichita, Kansas
We have operations in 89 countries and are one of the world’s largest producers and recyclers of lead-acid batteries. The Company’s global business groups provide a comprehensive range of stored electrical energy products and services for industrial and transportation applications.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic partner and have the ability to deal with change. They will have the ability to work along side functional leaders within the largest plant (650 employees/ non-union). This person will have a high level of integrity and will champion doing what's right for the organization. The Sr. HR Manager role will be a counselor and coach to senior management. This is a role in which there will be cultural change and challenge and this person will make have an opportunity to make a difference.
Location: Salina, KS
Salary: $85-$105K with 5% bonus
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Manufacturing or Plant Environment experience – 7 years required.
Job Bidding, Wage negotiation and benefits administration.

SHRM – PHR or SPHR Certification
Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
