Integrys Business Support, a subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group, is currently recruiting for a

Learning Services Manager for our office in Green Bay, WI or Chicago, IL.

This position reports to the Workforce & Organization Development Director.

Responsibilities:

Provide Operational and Tactical Leadership: Manage the Customer Relations learning organization. Partner with Customer Relations leaders and quality assurance teams to translate business and operational goals into learning-related activities, including: job-task analysis, performance evaluation, curriculum design, and evaluation of training. Build team capability in performance consultation, development and delivery of learning services, and the development and maintenance of corporate learning standards and infrastructure. Form collaborative relationships within the business units and across HR to identify and deliver employee learning and development services. Maintain close rapport with client groups to assess performance and results of learning initiatives. Determine learning initiatives and priorities, forms learning team work plans, and defines associated processes required to execute plans. Identify emerging workforce learning and development needs.

Deliver Desired Results: Implement a corporate-wide Learning Management System (LMS) strategy to provide learning options within Integrys' virtual organization. Manage corporate LMS resources. Prioritize organizational and business unit learning needs to provide optimal value to the organization. Establish effective and efficient operations through consistent application of standard processes, templates, and deliverables. Offer learning opportunities in formats and methodologies that take advantage of emerging technologies and adult learning needs. Provide technical coaching and guidance to the work team on adult learning principles, instructional design techniques, learning facilitation skills, and best practices. Create learning metrics/dashboards to continually monitor progress relative to objectives and to help ensure business unit leaders are kept informed of progress and/or issues. Monitor and evaluates the performance of third-party vendors providing learning related products, services, and consultation.

Lead, motivate, and coach staff in a manner that promotes and models Integrys' Vision, Mission, Values, and Expectations. Instills a commitment to high performance. Develop employee leadership and technical skills through use of development plans and succession planning activities. Utilize various leadership and talent management strategies to create an environment that fosters employee engagement, growth, and development.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelors Degree in Business, Education, Training and Development, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication or related discipline

A minimum of one year experience working with group level budget planning and control

A minimum of one year demonstrated working knowledge of vendor management practices to include performance evaluation and contract management

A minimum of three years formal leadership experience

A minimum of three years business experience especially in customer value stream

A minimum of five years experience with adult learning principles, instructional design techniques (e.g. ADDIE), learning facilitation skills and best practices

A minimum of five years experience with Learning Management System (LMS): associated tools, administration, content development, learning portal function

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with strategic planning and leading through transition and change
