· Continually assess and re-assess the recruiting process, including key metrics and process, to identify key bottlenecks in the process;
· Retention is to be addressed, including the determination how to produce candidates that will remain with the company for at least 3 years;
· Will be responsible for measuring the steady improvement in the talent pool at all levels in the company;
· Work to create a pool of applicants for the positions with the most growth or turnover;
· Ensure hiring processes support both a highly positive candidate experience and recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies;
· Improve workforce planning and revise recruiting plans and processes to reflect hiring requirements, including creating a system for updating projections on a quarterly basis, based on updated hiring forecasts from hiring managers;
· Strategically utilize alternative recruiting practices such as agencies, search and research firms for difficult to fill roles;
· Ensure that the recruiting function is tracking the right metrics and manage the function to aggressive time to hire
