Marketing activities to expand awareness and generate leads for qualified prospective clients within specific target audiences:
• Identification of new associations, speaking events and/or complementary service providers for alliance partnerships that will provide awareness of and access to potential clients with specific target audience(s)
.
• Execution of Email Campaigns (every 6 weeks to defined target audiences in existing database.) This includes:
o Creation of outline and content drafts or requirements then copywriting of content provided by team member(s) to create informative email to contacts every six weeks.
o Selection and preparation of contact list to receive email blasts
o Production of email in Constant Contact
o Execution of email campaign
o Processing of unsubscribes and 'bad email addresses'
o Tracking of statistics (ie # opens etc) from the campaign with recommendations to management team to improve results.
• Writing and selection of key contacts for receipt of email announcements of Next Step speaking and other marketing events. Preparation of contact lists and execution of email campaigns to promote speaking events (in collaboration with other contract team members).
• Promotion of Marketing and Speaking events through variety of channels used by target audience to find and select events for attendance.
• Adaptation (with copyediting) and promotion of company 'content' within our training material, articles, email blasts and videos via social media and company Blog – with one informative social media post / week and one blog update every two weeks.
• Updates to WordPress website to ensure always updated news, testimonials, blog, events, consultants, clients and how we helped for clients, partners and other resources. Fresh content to be updated at least every week. Website edits to be completed in WordPress.
• Accessing and organizing Google Analytics information and providing tracking of # of visitors, initial level of observations and recommendations to management for website, and 2 client websites on a monthly basis.
• Posting weekly (or more often as is relevant) relevant updates (news, announcements, events, success stories, events, videos, articles or other assets) to social media sites and website.
• Scheduling and coordination of all logistics, material development, speaker preparation and production requirements for execution and recording of quality webinar events – one per quarter.
• Maintenance and analysis of usage of YouTube Channel and video library recommending changes to videos displayed on company website as appropriate.
• Updates to and creation of new datasheets, consultant bios, success stories and video library of marketing assets.
• Assistance to and collaboration with other contract team member to support and enhance identification of outreach to members of target audience (defined above) that are not part of company contact database:
o Identification of and contact to online publications, newsletters, blogs, discussion forums, websites or social media which would be commonly accessed and read by company target audience.
o Provision of articles or other content as well as posting of company content / assets (blogs, articles, email content, success stories, press releases, marketing assets) to each of the relevant publications, email lists or websites.
• Definition, design and development of new marketing materials and assets including success stories, video testimonials or content delivery, articles, research information and recordings of workshop content or webinars.
• Assistance to and within the Operations Team as requested – which can include formatting of Student Guides, customer presentation materials and Power Points for use in company workshops, marketing events or prospect / customer presentations and/ or clientwork coordination and administration.
