The Sage Group is seeking a Director of Marketing for a client in the North Bay, a highly specialized treatment/recovery program for individuals suffering from addiction. In this role you will partner with the company�s executive team to develop digital marketing programs and strategic brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hand�s on data driven marketer who has worked in both large brand corporations and start-ups as well as have personal experience with and passion for the recovery process.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that supports the company�s business plan.
Develop, implement and monitor Internet marketing strategies. Manage PPC and SEO campaigns in conjunction with third party consultants.
Develop, implement and manage a favorable public relations campaign for the individual facilities.
Develop strategies and systems to support brand development, positioning and growth.
Conduct market research, analyze information and pro-actively change plans as trends determine.
Assist management in developing ongoing pricing models and strategies.
Conduct market research to determine new product/program feasibility.
Manage existing marketing campaigns, related staff and consultants to ensure maximization of allocated marketing resources (web, print, broadcast, public relations, etc.
Manage brand assets including third party graphic design partners, facility websites, brochures, conference exhibit booths, advertising campaigns, etc.
Manage conversion rate optimization through the marketing funnel via the creation of accurate systems for tracking website traffic, admissions phone calls, and referral source attribution.
Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns in concert with facility executives and outside contractors.
Responsible for electronic email blasts for all operating facilities.
Responsible for the creation, editing and distribution of email newsletters for the operating facilities.
Assist the company's Senior Management and other team members in carrying out ad hoc marketing activities.
Provide company's management with up to date information about changes in the market and the competition.
Develop and adhere to department's budgetary guidelines.
Skills Required:
BA in Marketing or Journalism. MBA preferred.
Passion for analyzing data and making assessments and recomendations based on findings.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
Must comply with drug-free workplace guidelines.
Recovery experience preferred.
