The Sage Group is seeking a Digital Creative Lead for one of their San Francisco healthcare clients. In this role you will be responsible for interaction design work such as navigational structures, information maps and working prototypes to fulfill functional and user requirements for web-based content and applications.
You will be collaborating with visual designers, user experience analysts and product managers to define the user experience strategy, spearhead a user centered design process and develop usable, useful and compelling website experiences.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the planning and execution of web projects, project schedules and collaboration among project owners, contributors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for functions which range from routine to highly complex within assigned product or process area and narrow to broad in scope.
- Make decisions on a variety of matters consistent with goals and objectives of group, often with significant business/financial impact.
- Work on a variety of data-driven problems that requires getting to clear solutions
- Manage personal duties and areas of responsibility on a day-to-day basis with periodic assistance and direction from others.
- Typically analyze, design and implement processes/solutions that are often used by others.
- Consult and makes recommendations to management on market trends and/or operational issues.
- Will play significant role in marketing, customer outreach, correspondence, training and incentive activities.
- Will instruct, guide and oversee work of junior professionals.
- Is able to function independently, receiving little instruction on day to day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HCI or other digital design/technology related field.
- 7+ years' interaction design experience.
- 3+ years' data-assisted interaction research.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator.
- Deep knowledge of wire framing tools Visio, Balsamiq or one of your choice.
- Ability to convert static wireframes into demo-able interactions using HTML or interactive Keynote or prototyping tools such as Flinto and Quartz/Origami.
