We Are Seeking:

Job Title: Brand Manager/Sr. Manager

Department: Customer Partnering Team

Reports to: VP Global Marketing



Brand Manager/Senior Manager will be Customer Innovation Champion responsible for development and implementation of marketing and commercial development strategies and tactics to drive customer uptake of our products as part of the Customer Partnering Team. This will include understanding customer needs and the external marketplace, providing input to product development activities, development of promotional strategies/materials and training tools. Individual will work in close partnership with Medical Affairs in development of KOL outreach and medical education strategies and with Customer Operations on shaping customer support, packaging and distribution strategies. Individual will partner with Marketing VP to lead additional commercial projects and activities as appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities to Include

Develop robust understanding of customer needs and the external marketplace as it relates to the design of our products and customer support strategies

Provide input to product development strategies, partnering closely with Medical Affairs, User Experience, Software and Customer Operations teams to delineate product profiles, conduct product explorations with customers, obtain feedback and refine products for scaling.

Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions regarding products and services, targeting, and effectiveness of strategies and initiatives

Manage the product rollout process in partnership with Business Development and Medical Affairs Teams including development of launch and promotional strategies, creation of marketing and training materials, execution of opinion leader, medical education and public relations plans.

Partner with Customer Operations, User Experience and external vendors in shaping the customer support strategy as well as the packaging and distribution approach for product

Partner with the Product Development and Business Development teams as needed to ensure that new product launches are on track and projects are resourced and funded appropriately

Identify and track performance indicators and customer feedback to inform product refinement and lifecycle strategies.

Partner with VP Marketing on additional marketing initiatives and strategies as appropriate.



Are You a Fit?



7+ years of brand management/marketing experience for health-related products (e.g. digital health, medical device) with history of defining and launching successful products

Experience and knowledge of portfolio prioritization, new product development process, customer needs and the activities necessary to drive adoption and maximize revenues is required.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams (including commercial, development, medical) and working with external vendors/agencies to support product introductions

Strategic thinking and creative problem solving required.

Must be self-motivated and enjoy working in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills

Ability to analyze complex data and identify key trends, opportunities and risks

Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize competing efforts

Experience in managing global product introductions a plus



Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.
