Our Office in the Cloud suite of services offers essential cloud IT and business applications that every company needs: email, voice, file sync and share, identity management, security, backup, mobility, and integration.

About the role
The role will plan, create and execute campaigns for the Voice team and UK team. The person will be knowledgeable about Marketo (a must) and will use the Marketo system to plan, design and execute various campaigns, as well as ensure that non-Marketo campaigns capture leads into Marketo and flow them to SFDC to be distributed to sales reps. They will also be responsible for reporting on the performance of various programs and will work closely with the director of demand generation, voice product marketing, UK marketing )and data product to plan the mix, as well as plan, design, execute and measure the campaigns.

Specific Responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute email marketing, webinar and other campaigns using Marketo
- Ensure all online and offline leads are being tracked, scored and routed appropriately within Marketo to SFDC
- Import leads from programs such as content syndication, list purchases etc.
- Implement nurture program
- Work with product marketing and webinars marketing manager to design and implement webinar programs
- Promote programs and events via social media
- Report on success of each program
- Create and implement integrated content marketing campaigns

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Marketo with at least 2 years of experience as a Marketo user
- Good understanding of Marketo from administration perspective
- Ability to create landing page templates, email templates etc. in Marketo and then implement for specific programs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Working knowledge of reporting analytics
- Proven success in creating and implementing integrated content marketing campaigns

Desired Skills:
- Ability to delve into creative aspects of the job (email copy, simple landing page design etc.)
- Experience with programs such as content syndication, email purchases, external webinars etc.
- Experience with leveraging social media to promote events and programs

Interactions:
Internally, the position will report to Director of Demand Gen and will work closely with the web team, webinars manager, voice/UK marketing team and product marketing on a daily basis. Externally, the position will work closely with other program vendors to design, schedule and execute programs.

Years of Experience Educational requirements:
At least 4 years of experience, with half of it in Marketo. Undergraduate degree required.
