Product Manager
Las Vegas, NV

Summary:
The Product Manager must have experience in Product Development and Support and a comprehensive knowledge of the Business. Specific applications include those related to cash access, financial systems, gaming systems and thin client platforms.

The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate systems and processes to ensure end-to-end documented procedures and solutions. Must be able to work through a comprehensive data gathering process obtained from a variety of sources and systems. Must have the ability to analyze data from conceptualization through its delivery and final presentation to clients.

Responsibilities:
� Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
� Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and user interface specification.
� Acts as liaison between user community, sales, relationship managers, compliance, partners, customer service, R&D, UAT, vendors and IT.
� Develops and orchestrates new application rollout.
� Understand competitive landscape and complete competitive analyses
� Helps support existing applications as subject matter expert.
� May work with software and hardware vendors to obtain recommendations and price quotes for projects.
� Provides ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology and processes.
� Participates in Projects within scope of Expertise.
� Enforces all Project Methodologies, including SDLC, Business Case and Project Governance Reports Project Progress to Management.
� Coordinates all Business related Projects and Activities.
� Interfaces with Vendors executing appropriate project activities such as: Business Requirements, Procedures, Products and Technical Specifications.
� Ability to proactively draw out requirements from stakeholders using a variety of elicitation techniques.
� Ability to design and facilitate requirements elicitation workshops, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and other similar requirements discovery sessions.
� Strong skills in diagramming and modeling during requirements gathering sessions using techniques such as activity diagramming, use cases, and flowcharts.
� Ability to design and develop effective user surveys and user questionnaires.
� Strong "what if" skills as illustrated by the ability to create user scenarios, use cases, and user stories.
� Ability to design simple prototypes, storyboards, and screen mockups.
� Strong understanding and ability to elicit and document all types of requirements: business, functional, data, user interface, and nonfunctional.
� Experience with creating BI Dashboards, Scorecards, and use of Answers within OBI Tool.
� Previous work experience gathering business requirements for BI projects.

Qualifications:
� Bachelor�s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience required. Master�s degree preferred.
� Minimum 7-10 years in a business analyst/project management role
� Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, and problem solving.
� Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and develop appropriate technology and business solutions.
� Work within PMO to consistently deliver projects and solutions.
� Demonstrated success in working with Business Units to develop technical solutions to complex business problems.
� Must be proficient with analytical tools, knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation software.
