Our Office in the Cloud suite of services offers essential cloud IT and business applications that every company needs: email, voice, file sync and share, identity management, security, backup, mobility, and integration.
Here's what we're looking for:
About the role
The Product Marketing Manager — IAM SSO — will lead marketing for the product and drive product growth across all customer segments and channels. He or she will serve as a leader in the company, and key subject matter expert in buying behavior, market and competitive dynamics, and the end-to-end customer experience across the service line. In close partnership with Product Management, the PMM will be responsible for building new and creative ways to drive product demand and delivering best-in-class marketing programs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and own Go To Market plans for initiatives to drive growth and uptake of product line across multiple channels (direct and channel), verticals, and customers segments
- Collaborating closely with Product Management, define product positioning and strategy consistent with Intermedia's suite of cloud services
- Identify and report on market and competitive trends to inform sales, management, and product teams
- Work closely with campaign managers to drive the in-market demand generation activities
- Create service-specific marketing content and sales materials
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and coordinate launch of new product and feature releases
- Enable sales teams to sell effectively and win competitive deals
Required Skills:
- Expertise in cloud services, hosted services, or software as a service
- Deep understanding of the buying behaviors and needs of small/medium businesses (SMBs) as well as the resellers and partners who sell to them
- Ability to provide leadership and drive consensus, at all levels across the organization
- Superior research and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced, production environment
- High fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive, "can-do" attitude and sense of humor
Desired Skills:
- Experience with identify management and single sign-on services
Interactions:
- Internal: Marketing, product management, customer experience, sales, support
- External: Freelance writers, creative agencies, technology partners, private label partners, direct customers
Years of Experience Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- 5+ years marketing management experience
