JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a rockstar salesperson that has a passion for helping customers solve problems and grow revenue? Do you have a proven track record for closing sales over the phone? Do you have what is takes to be a part of a rapidly growing, well funded Silicon Valley/SOMA startup that is building the next disruptive online platform for how products are sold? We are NOT pre-revenue that means we make MONEY now!!! Have we got your attention? If you answered YES then read on!
We are looking for individuals with "hunter" traits that will cold call clients from quality and targeted lead sources. On a daily basis you will deliver our value proposition, further qualify clients, learn about their pain points and close new business by delivering the Modlar solution. The sales team's efforts are backed by a multi-million dollar aggressive and targeted marketing campaign that will provide for a steady stream of SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) to ensure your success! It is your job to turn those leads into revenue and commission dollars!
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing sales over the phone in an inside sales environment.
The discipline to proactively call up to 40 prospects per day to achieve company goals.
Responsibility and ownership of entire sales cycle from discovery to closing.
Ability to thoroughly research prospects and develop your account strategy by using client website, LinkedIn, Google search, etc. before making initial contact.
Experience in using CRM preferably Salesforce.
Experience in generating sales quotations and delivering proposals.
Ability to handle customer inquiries.
A strong work ethic and discipline to prospect and follow up on all leads provided.
Experience in selling to the executive suite with a focus on CMO, VP of Marketing, Marketing Manager titles preferred but not required.
Experience in selling advertising to both online and traditional marketing channels preferred but not required.
A team player with a positive attitude, a healthy competitive spirit and drive to achieve both our company and your personal lifestyle goals.
Computer literate and proficient in latest tools (i.e. Salesforce, InsideSales, Docusign, MS-Office/GoogleDocs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Joinme/Gotomeeting, Mac OS, etc. preferred)
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
COMPENSATION
Base salary of $65K-$85K (based on experience) and an uncapped commission structure with the opportunity to easily double your base salary.
