Title: .Net Developer
Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: 6+ months
Responsibilities
· Participate in the design, development and implementation of manufacturing applications as a project team member for all manufacturing operations.
· Perform FDA Software validation including:
o Functional Risk Assessment
o Develop user requirements
o Develop Functional Requirements
o Design Specifications
o Write and Execute Operational Qualification test plans
o Write and Execute Performance Qualification test plans
· Support manufacturing applications
o Configuration and customization settings
o Troubleshoot application bugs and data corruption issues and implement resolutions.
o Provide application enhancements.
· Adhere to IT processes for application development, software validation, project methodology, time reporting and status updates.
Qualifications/Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline; Bachelor degree (minimum 4 years of related experience will be considered as an equivalency). Microsoft certifications a plus.
· A minimum 2+ years experience in Microsoft environment including:
o VB6
o TSQL
o ADO
o SQL 2005 Stored Procedure Development
o ASP
· Additionally a minimum 2+ years experience in Microsoft .NET environment including:
o ASP.Net
o VB.Net
o ADO.Net
· Good communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
· Self-motivated and well organized.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver with quality.
· Ability to work well in a team establishing good working relationships with peers.
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work in a global business environment.
· Development experience in the following areas is considered a plus
o SAP WebMethods
o SAP BAPI development
o Exposure to and/or "hands-on" experience with SAP applications
