Manager I, College Relations
| In this position, the individual will be responsible for managing the company's college recruitment and human resources planning functions. The individual will ensure that company's college staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental requirements. Oversees all college program related activities. Supervises college recruiter, temporary and contract labor resources, and any program representatives in college staffing activities. Establishes and oversees maintenance of effective servicing avenues and internal/external resume tracking systems to speed the process of identifying qualified candidates. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout college recruiting campaigns. Develops university relations, builds internal relations, and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire. Provides information feedback trends and concerns of candidates and universities to others in Human Resources and management as appropriate. Identifies and maintains contracts with recruiting sources such as campus job fairs and various college related job search web sites. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
