Senior Program Manager-
In this position the individual should have 12 - 15 years of experience with increasing responsibilities and a track record of successes in product launches and qualifications with major OEM customers in server and storage markets. Must have the ability to manage multiple programs and projects through cross-functional coordination to ensure prioritization is clearly communicated, schedules are visible and measurement of the on-time execution to meet deadlines and milestones.
