Strong Scrum master - Several years experience as a scrum master is a must.
Required Skills:
1. Strong Scrum master experience working on long running projects and coordinating work with other scrum teams.
2. Strong experience with the following:
Issue management
sprint planning and review processes
grooming backlogs and updating backlogs
facilitating scrum meetings
measuring and monitoring sprint progress
3.Strong risk management experience
4. Excellent team building skills
5.Excellent team player
6.Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written
7.Ability to work across multiple project teams to coordinates project dependencies
8.Ability to meet tight timelines
9. Organizational Skills
10. Proactive on issues
11.Strong presentation/facilitation skills
Strongly Desired skills:
1.CSM Certified Scrum Master
2. Agile Software Tool experience (Rally preferred)
