NetScout is currently looking for a Temporary Marketing Operations Analyst for our Salesforce.com Migration project. We are searching for an experienced, highly motivated and empowered self starter with strong technical and communication skills to work within our Marketing Organization. This is a temporary full-time, 40-hour per week position that is expected to last for approximately 6 to 9 months.

The main focus of the position is to prepare for and pave the way for a smooth migration from SalesLogix to Salesforce.com platform that is inclusive of an efficient marketing campaign management component and marketing lead management component for the Company.

Essential Responsibilities:
-Implement processes for marketing data governance (acquisition, validation, augmentation and enhancement). Includes evaluation and selection of various data suppliers and enhancement technologies.
-Develop processes for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of existing marketing database: process, standards, access control, documentation, etc..
-Create and execute marketing campaigns processes (from Campaign to Lead) leveraging Salesforce.com and other marketing automation tools.
-Train sales and other marketing campaign managers to help them segment and leverage the Marketing Database for greater campaign efficiency.
-Meet defined deliverables at each Project phase

-Salesforce.com marketing operations experience in (setting campaign, leads and reporting)
-Empowered self starter who can initiate and drive activities to successful conclusions
-Outstanding team player who thrives in high performing collaborative teams
-Strong experience working with Sales Operations, Marketing and IT teams
-Hands-on experience in development of business analytics and creation of dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of our business: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall marketing performance
-Testing skills to validate application functionality as per established marketing requirements
-Data manipulation, data extracting skills, Microsoft Excel, MS Access
-SQL familiarity desired and preferred
-Ability to document processes using MS VISIO or similar tools
-Strong communication and presentation skills
