We are looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to develop and execute a sales enablement strategy and programs for our global high technology client's B2B solutions. The Sales Enablement Program Manager will work cross functionally with marketing managers, sales, channels and training teams to develop the sales enablement program strategy, objectives, approach, activities, and execute on that strategy to further the success of the sales teams.
This is a 6 month contract, 40 hours per week onsite at the client's offices in the South Bay. This is a w2 opportunity with Stage 4 Solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Design and implement sales enablement plans. Plan components include: 1) review of current sales enablement plans/programs, processes and collateral, 2) identification of new content/activity/ tool needs 3) work with the right teams to create the required content/tools, 4) work with other teams for cross-promotion as relevant, 5) localization needs
•Develop/aggregate and communicate an internal sales and partner activities calendar.
•Work with product marketing managers to ensure relevant and current content exists on internal websites and portals.
•Use best-in-class project management techniques to achieve program goals on time and on cost, while managing program risk. Identify, track, and resolve issues and challenges that arise during program development while maintaining schedules and quality.
•Communicate program status, program readiness, business and technical issues and risks and their resolution across functional organizations and management.
•Coordinate and manage resources across Functional Organizations to achieve program objectives.
•Drive consensus on deliverable dates and dependencies from the assigned task force on each program.
Requirements:
•10 years program marketing or relevant experience in a global high technology company
•Prior experience developing successful sales enablement programs (strategy through execution), extracting metrics, resolving issues, leading and influencing project teams and successfully delivering quality products.
•Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
•Collaborative, creative, innovative, analytical thinker, crisp communicator.
•Demonstrated success in managing and delivering compelling programs from a cross-functional perspective, in a timely manner.
•Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and consultative skills.
•Ability to influence and lead team members and others who are not direct reports.
•Ability to work effectively with senior management.
•Bachelor's degree
