Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking a full time services partner marketing program manager to provide key program and project management support for our high tech client. In this role, you will be hired as a W2 employee of Bergerson Group where you will be working with a variety of teams across organizations to execute the program framework, coordinate marketing and demand generation activities.
- Implement the cross-functional Theater Adoption Plan and manage the full execution required to drive adoption of the client's news Services Partner Program
- Work closely with the Collaborative Services portfolio and program teams to assure the Theater requirements are adequately incorporated into the design and development of these two critical worldwide programs which will set the Partner Services direction for the next 5+ years
- Work with cross functional corporate teams to define, design, and oversee timely delivery of the new service products and service partner programs + framework
- Develop Partner Marketing/Adoption Plans and assure they are adequately managed to a well-defined set of milestones and deliverables, including a formal program management structure with a well-defined Sales, Partner and Executive communications process.
- Develop and launch the complete range of Sales and Partner support and marketing materials in order to adequately drive targeted adoption levels in the US & Canada.
- Provide daily direction and management to a cross-functional team of 10-15 team members working on the Theater Plan deliverables.
- In conjunction with Sales, oversee the cross-theater bookings and resource forecast development and assure updates are communicated appropriately to senior management and cross-functional team members.
- Define and update the ongoing Americas Collaborative Services partner program requirements and assure that the ongoing corporate program evolution is aligned with those requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 – 10 years combined Sales, Marketing and Partner Program experience in high technology with a strong channel go-to-market model
- 5 - 7 years Channels and Partner development background
- 5+ years experience leading and motivating revenue-focused services marketing programs and professionals
- Working knowledge of the client's partner programs for certification, specialization, incentives, discounts and rebates
- Successful experience managing a complex cross-functional program in a matrix-structured organization
- Large-scale program management background with national program rollout and adoption responsibility

- Innovative, strategic thought leader with a strong skill set in articulating and communicating partner, sales, and customer requirements and the ability to translate those requirements into program design principals
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, and strong track record of working successfully with and influencing external partners and sales teams
- Strength in executive communications and the executive decision making process
- Large-scale, program management perspective and experience
- Strong team management skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a global cross-functional team
- Goal driven, results oriented
- Ability to successfully combine results in strategy development and managing large-scale program execution
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet targeted sales and market metrics
- Deep services delivery knowledge, preferably as related to a channel partner service practice
- Leading technical knowledge in networking, software, and data center technologies
- Forward-looking market and competitive acumen
- MBA preferred
