PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGER, Global Marketing Organization at LOGITECH (FT, Permanent Position)

Placement & Reporting Lines:
Leads the Process & Technology team in Marketing Operations, and reports to the Director of Marketing Operations. This role will manage one Marketing Systems Specialist.

Responsibilities:
The Process & Technology Manager leads and champions the design, development, implementation and maintenance of processes and supporting technology for the Global Marketing Organization (GMO).
• Designs, verifies, validates and implements new cross-functional marketing processes across the organization.
• Continuously improves cross-functional marketing processes.
• Drives requisition, design, implementation, maintenance and innovation for enabling technology and tools in GMO.
• Collaboratively assesses the current state, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to derive smart insights, and finds root causes of problems.
• Ability to collaboratively negotiate a solution for cross-functional challenges during roll out of Marketing program and projects.
• Writes concise documentation supporting the process, provides effective training and coaching on the job.
• Communicates effectively within all levels of the organization.
• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying level of adherence, effectiveness and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Prioritizes, charters and executes projects; determines project budget, resource requirements, and project timing based on scope and complexity of the project.
• Discovers and shares best marketing practices with GMO functions.
• Manages account and strategic relationships with vendors.
Qualifications:
• Minimum BS/MS degree, with 5+ years of relevant process design and project management experience.
• Visionary; ability to clearly define and communicate a process vision and get people excited.
• Marketing process and technology experience required.
• Deep understanding of portfolio, program and project management. Cadence project management training is a plus.
• Has track record of organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams, building motivation and team spirit.
• Has strong organizational skills: systematic, orderly, exhaustive, detail oriented, builds the team into a virtual organization for the program.
• Loves to work on project teams with multiple disciplines and multiple departments.
• Capability to work in an international environment, travel required.
