Job Summary:
We´re looking for a Renewal Specialist to work within our Inside Sales organization. As a key member you will be responsible for renewing and driving maintenance revenues for all Support Maintenance contracts within an assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for hitting a quota target within an assigned territory
• Qualify customer for potential up-sell opportunities of support services portfolio
• Explain to customers and channel partners the product and support benefits of continuing their maintenance contract
• Quoting customers 90 days prior to contract expiration so that all customer accounts are resolved (canceled or PO collected) prior to the expiration date
• Ensure proper customer data is collected and input into the database
• Work with resellers and distributors daily to resolve and process order issues
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in Contract Renewal, Sales, Customer Service and/or Technical support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• A general understanding of contracts and terms specific to maintenance
• Good negotiating/exception management skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
• Takes initiative; and uses all available resources
• Research and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
• APAC and EMEA experience preferred
