Bio-Logic is the developer and distributor for industry-leading Gym Assistant software which maximizes productivity and ease of management of health and fitness centers nationwide. Due to high growth in demand, the company is seeking to add an experienced, inside sales representative to add to their team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years experience in consultative selling, through which he or she will have demonstrated the ability to ask probing questions to understand then address specific prospect and customer needs.

The vast majority of Gym Assistant sales will be in response to incoming inquiries and outbound calls to current customers or warm referrals. The Sales Account Representative will be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial call through discovery, demonstration of the software (via Webex or other web platforms), proposal and close.

Keys to success in the role are clear communications (verbal and written), a strong sense of process to ensure regular follow-up with all prospects, experience with web conferencing and CRM technologies and dedication to customer satisfaction.

This is a Full Time Employment position ideally based in Bio-Logic's office in Alameda, CA with some flexibility for telecommuting or remote office work after the initial onboarding period.

Specific Accountabilities:
To be successful with Bio-Logic, the Inside Sales Representative will deliver the following on a weekly basis:
- Answer or respond to all incoming sales inquiries (primarily phone and email) within 4 business hours of receipt of inquiry.
- Develop (with Bio-Logic CEO) discovery questions and areas for probing to understand prospects' current and future needs and concerns then recommend capabilities and benefits of Gym Assistant to address those needs.
- Prepare and conduct customized demonstrations of Gym Assistant focusing on the capabilities that most directly address the prospects' needs, provide pricing and either close the sale or schedule follow-on call for closing.
- Develop customized email follow-up messages (including marketing material as needed) to progress the sale and build / demonstrate high value to the prospect and /or market in general.
- Record all information on each prospect / inquiry into the Bio-Logic SUGAR CRM. This will include stage of sales cycle, needs and win/loss as well as recommendations for continued contact via marketing campaigns.
- Contact existing customers regularly to understand the value Gym Assistant is bringing their organization, gain input re usability and customer satisfaction and ask for referrals.
- Develop additional sales and marketing collateral needed or requested.
- Participate in development and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Assist in documentation of sales process and structure of SUGAR CRM.
- Participate in health and fitness industry forums, association meetings and other external resources to develop greater understanding of market needs and develop potential prospect contacts.

Qualifications:
To maximize success, the qualified candidate for the Bio-Logic Sales Account Representative must have the following experience, skills and qualities:
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience selling software or a service solution using consultative sales approaches via telephone.
- High energy, goal-oriented with a strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication skills which demonstrate empathy and desire to meet prospects' needs while progressing the sales cycle.
- Minimum of two years success working in a small company (less than 50 employees) environment in which every individual has high degree of impact on company success.
- Independent, self starter with the ability to see 'big picture' while focusing on the task at hand.
- Experience conducting online meetings, demonstrations via WebEx or similar platform and with SUGAR, Salesforce or other CRM.-
- Knowledge of and ideally experience working in the health and fitness industry.
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to spend time working from corporate office during initial onboarding period.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Psychology, Physical Education or other related field.
- Track record of success meeting and exceeding sales quotas
