JOB SUMMARY:
This position is a hands-on manager with the ability to lead team members including third party contractors for the application support, maintenance, and enhancement of the "business systems" (SAP SD, PP, APS and eBOM) by meeting business needs. Also, this position will work with other SCM manager by overseeing CBU's SCM projects and sharing SCM matters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain SCM, focused on order to delivery processes (SD,PP/BOM and APS), related system support along with meaningful metrics to measure and guide continuous improvement to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Oversight CBU's SCM projects and share with other SCM manager
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data flow between SAP modules and other various systems including affiliate companies/suppliers'
  • Serve as IT lead in all client meetings and interact directly with the client to manage expectations
  • Work to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  • Track and report the status of projects on various teams, acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate teams while ensuring that project scope is adequately defined
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of system enhancements and fixes
  • Demonstrate project that meets the future needs of our clients on technical challenges of industry demands.
  • Staff team and contractors
  • Help module consultants resolve problems both technical as well as human resources issues, tracking and approving vacation and personal days for employees and monitoring individual employees
  • performance and relaying this to upper management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
  • Review and approve detailed technical specifications for application incidents problems and changes
  • Ensure proper communication to all levels of the organization
  • Ensure adherence to change control policies and audit guidelines
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: 
  • Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5+ years of experience in SAP PP area configuration
  • Three or more years of management/leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of SCM processes
  • Understanding of SAP SCM/FI/CO integration
  • Desirable to have automotive industry experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Project Management skills
  • CPIM/CSCP (preferred)
  • SAP PP Certificate
Up to 25% travel may be required. Some international travel may be required.
