Qualifications:
The Sr/Principal Software Developer will be an outstanding individual familiar with all aspects of core Java application development. The candidate will be responsible for both back end (80%) and front end(20%) development of our product. The candidate should have some experience on the Tomcat, Hibernate, Spring and Struts framework.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
• 5 + years experience on Java/J2EE development
• Agile product development methodologies (SCRUM) is required
• Working in a fast-paced startup environment is required
Required Technical Expertise:
• Java Programming and J2EE framework in server side development, background in threading, multi-processing, and algorithms are highly desirable
• At least two of these frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, Struts
• Experience w Tomcat or Jboss
• Basic knowledge on Oracle SQL/PLSQL and DB design
• Supply chain or Manufacturing software development experience or functional domain knowledge is a plus

Education:
• Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science or related technical disciplines; Masters is a plus
