Role: Business Analyst- Service Provider Predictability Bridge
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Time Commitment: Full time

Position Overview: Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our client's World Wide Services Partner organization.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Validating partner rebate achievements against promotion targets
• Identify rebate-eligible service bookings related to Managed Services business
• Perform manual adjustments/overrides in system as required
• Detail planning and timing of rebates activities
• Provide analysis of program impacts
• Initiate update process and monitor progress through completion – collaborate with rebates team and IT as necessary in case of unforeseen issues/delays
• Coordinate communication and reporting with GPO team
• Facilitate tracking of manual processes as defined within department guidelines
• Validate accuracy rebates upon completion of activation activities
This position is primarily responsible for facilitating the Service Provider rebates bridge processes as defined by the Program team. This position will focus on ensuring governance and analysis of Managed Service partners rebates. This position requires excellent analysis, organizational and MS excel skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team, providing time-critical deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Skill Sets:
• 2 years experience business process development
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including those related to business documentation.
• Experience in cross-functional projects involving multiple resources
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (i.e., Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to communicate, coordinate, and work cross functionally
• Effective collaboration in a fast-paced, highly matrixed work environment
• Accurate and effective communication.
• Aware of needs to support on-going process improvement and development.
• Past experience working in the channel for a high tech company is a plus, ideally in Managed Services sales operations, service sales support or customer service
