ROLE: ETL ODI DEVELOPER
LOCATION: WASHINGTON, DC
DURATION: 1 + YEARS
START DATE: ASAP
RATE: MUST BE ALL INCLUSIVE

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Develop and deploy ETL job workflow with reliable error/exception handling and rollback framework.
· Manage software upgrades, capacity planning and system optimization.
· Perform the unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing
· Adapt ETL code to accommodate changes in source data systems and new business requirements.
· Document the ETL detailed design and test results.
· Experience in managing data lineage and performing impact analyses.
· Prioritize development and enhancement requests.
· Spearheads development of ETL code, metadata definitions and models, queries and reports, schedules, work processes and maintenance procedures.
· Ensure data quality throughout entire ETL process.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for data transmission, storage, and data access including documentation, testing, and remediation.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
· Collaborates with subject matter experts, program Leaders and consultants to define and execute cross-functional data movements for business intelligence.
· Develops technical understanding of application suites, as well as, an understanding of how the business uses this information and the data flows from system to system.
· Excellent software design and documentation skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
· Excellent organization skills
· 3 years experience with ODI 10g, 11g is preferred but will consider training an individual with Informatica 8 or 9 or OWB experience at least 3 years
· 4 years working with sources and target environments built upon either Oracle 9, 10 or 11g.
