Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager, the Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for executing demand creation and customer engagement campaigns in direct support of the Company´s marketing efforts.
Key activities and tasks for this position include:
•Overall marketing automation platform administration (Eloqua), including programing and maintenance of nurture campaigns, scoping and installation of API integrations with 3rd party software, and monitoring/maintaining security profiles and systems settings.
•Email template creation and modification (HTML coding), while executing email-driven demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns
•Assisting platform users by helping troubleshoot issues and offer team and/or one-on-one training on emails and testing
•Dashboard creation, processing and reporting assistance for campaign analytics
•Ensuring accurate, timely execution of all programs with the highest level of responsiveness to the Marketing organization
•Quality assurance testing for email campaigns
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
•Advanced HTML skills and other web programing experience
•Attention to detail, execution, follow-through and a strong focus on quality
•Experience in database and marketing infrastructure management
•Familiarity with Eloqua or a similar marketing automation tool
•Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar sales force automation tool
•Strong proficiency in Excel; Areas including charting and data manipulation
•Proficiency in other MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint
•Excellent ability to manage the execution of numerous programs simultaneously
•Excellent professional and interpersonal skills
•Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or similar technical background
