Marketo is looking for rock-star Senior Product Marketing Manager, Services & Partners with responsibilities across our suite of products and market segments. You are a critical member of the Marketo team with key responsibilities including the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for key products and market segments. You are expected to drive strategy for pricing, product positioning in market, lifecycle management, and competitive analysis. You possess a record of success in B2B SaaS software product marketing and product management environments, delivering measurable results. You thrive in a team environment and work enthusiastically with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve company goals. While initially an individual contributor, you will have significant responsibility and should have demonstrated the capacity to lead a team. This is a high impact position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop specific marketing plans and activities for Marketo's products and market segments
•Conduct and manage market research, including competitive analyses
•Develop business plans, product positioning, and value propositions
•Drive strategy for new market offerings
•Work with Product Management, Sales, Services, Engineering, and Executive Management to help prioritize market needs, product roadmaps, and investment to achieve and exceed business goals
•Manage all product communication and collateral
•Establish pricing strategies
•Understand broader market trends and work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Management to identify customer needs, key product enhancements, and new products
•Coordinate with Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to translate programs and strategy into measurable pipeline and closed revenue
•Drive new product introduction and launch activities across the organization
•Communicate marketing strategy to field sales; develop new sales strategies, presentations, tools, and training; brief field sales on product introduction and launch strategies
•Manage, and maintain cooperative marketing alliances with third-party providers
•Develop and nurture customer relationships to develop references, drive case studies, and develop champions
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
•5+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated success in a B2B SaaS software environment and experience with marketing automation software (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.) is required.
•Experience in marketing, social marketing, email, SEO, marketing analytics or related markets considered a plus
•Experience managing segmented markets with multiple product offerings
•Proven track record of developing and delivering sales tools and content that driving pipeline, higher win rates, and revenue through integrated programs
•Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation skills
•"High-horsepower" thinker – "High Execution" doer
•Ability to work across organizational lines, command respect, and influence without authority
•Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems; ability to develop and write a business plan
•Demonstrated leadership ability
•Experience conducting and analyzing market and competitive research
•Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
•An MBA from a well regarded institution, while not required, would be considered an additional advantage.
