My client is seeking a Senior Recruiter in the Denver Colorado/West Region market
The ideal candidate MUST have nationwide IT/Technical recruiting experience, and must be in the Denver area now.
This would be a permanent position within a new Denver/West regional branch of a 15 year old company.

· Agency or Corporate recruiting (how long in each)
· Education – degree and field
· Certifications/Training – (AIRS, BBI or other)
· 3 of the industries in which you have recruited
· Experience and understanding of applicant tracking systems (BullHorn preferred) [which ones?]
· Experience developing new candidates including cold calling, community networking and developing contacts within the industry.
· Experience performing full-life cycle recruiting (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers) for both exempt level permanent corporate positions as well as consulting engagements
· Experience with Big 4 or other IT consulting firms
