America's Sales Marketing Manager
Neurosky, a pioneer in bio-sensor technologies based in downtown San Jose, is looking for a dynamic and well-rounded person to support our US sales and marketing efforts, on a full-time, permanent basis. We are looking for a savvy marketing generalist, who has hands-on experience managing a wide variety of sale marketing and Marcom projects.
Major areas of responsibility include:
• Online/Social media strategy and management support
• Sales marketing tools development and support
• Marketing communications materials project management and support
• PR monitoring and support
• Event planning and coordination
• Writing/proofreading/content creation
• Serve as brand champion: Work with all partners to ensure that they are using NeuroSky's brand appropriately
Skills required:
• Strong experience with Social Media and how to grow our brand awareness
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion are a must!
• Proven experience managing Marcom and sales marketing projects.
• As self-starter with strong organization, prioritization and time mgmt. skills. Ability to multi-task.
• Team player who is self-directed, detail-oriented, flexible, able to multi-task and to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
• Creative thinker who is diplomatic, resourceful, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
• 3-5 years' hands on experience working in Marcom, or sales marketing.
• Proficient in Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of Graphic design principles/terminology a plus.
• Has proven experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
• Start-up experience a plus.
