RSF Social Finance (http://rsfsocialfinance.org) seeks to hire a full-time Lending Manager or Senior Lending Manager to be responsible for business development, assessing social impact of borrowers, preparing initial credit memoranda, and maintaining a portfolio of existing loans.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Key qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or Finance. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years (Lending Manager) / 7-10 years (Senior Lending Manager) of lending experience, including financial and operational due diligence of small businesses and familiarity with legal aspects of investment structures
• Familiarity with both for-profit and non-profit borrowers strongly preferred. Experience working with social enterprises, services for adults with developmental disabilities, and/or organic food enterprises is desirable.
• Demonstrated track record of successful business development.
