Position Overview: Channel Impact is seeking a Senior Talent Manager. In this role you will be working closely with our VP of staffing and business development team.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Assist Business Development Team with schedules and follow up as needed.
• Organize and maintain staffing documentation (processes and procedures) on internal company server.
• Recruit for skilled positions for a variety of clients from beginning of the recruiting process to completing the offer to the candidate.
• Add all new and old resumes to Salesforce.com
• Assist with interview scheduling
• Conduct reference checks and also input into Salesforce.com
• Outline the process with the clients, establishing a clear process of communication to successfully fill the client's position.
• Support the sales, operations and report updates daily on the needs to fill the position.
• Work with other staffing managers and assist in recruiting for other positions within the company. Added value to this role is to utilize a variety of recruiting tools and resources to successfully build a network of candidates for future positions.
• Actively market exceptional candidates to companies with in our network and set up the coordination to assist filling the position.



Core daily duties
• Markets by telephone to gather information and set appointments
• Presents services to companies during appointments
• Presents written proposals as appropriate
• Evaluates prospective company's needs, environment, personality, etc.
• Utilizes all marketing programs including Core, Target and 30-Day
• Conducts research calls around appointments as appropriate
• Participates in professional and business organizations
• Documents all calls and appointments in computer system


Skill Sets and Experience:
• Similar experience required
• Very high level of writing and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work as a collaborative team member
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
• Knowledge of SFDC preferred
