This role is located in Seattle, WA.  Excellent relocation package available.

 

We are in search of an exceptional Talent Acquisition leader in the Kindle organization. The Kindle staffing team is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our strategic recruiting efforts for our Software Development organizations. This role will be a strategic role that will support many teams across the Kindle organization and will manage a specialized team of technical sourcers. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing on recruiting strategies for top technical talent that meets the needs of our growing businesses.

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

    Develop and execute against a recruiting plan that includes building effective sourcing strategies, talent assessment and talent acquisition approaches for all levels of Software Development talent while effectively setting priorities and managing client expectations.

    Must have experience driving strong hiring practices in technical categories.

    Hire, manage, and develop a large team of specialized technical sourcers with a focus hiring in the Software Development market.

    Deliver remarkable service to our customers (clients, candidates, and team)

 

We are in search of an experienced Technical Sourcing Manager to support our SDE hiring across Kindle/Digital Products. This role will play a key role in defining and delivering best practices for all SDE hiring for these teams. This person will drive the SDE II/III hiring processes, manage the SDE events hiring and manage a team of specialized SDE Sourcers.

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

    Develop and execute against a recruiting plan that includes building effective sourcing strategies, talent assessment and talent acquisition approaches for all levels of Software Development talent while effectively setting priorities and managing client expectations.

    Must have experience driving strong hiring practices in technical categories.

    Hire, manage, and develop a large team of specialized technical sourcers with a focus hiring in the Software Development market.

    Deliver remarkable service to our customers (clients, candidates, and team)

 

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Recruiting experience

• 2+ years leading a team

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required

• Experience building, coaching and managing a full-cycle recruiting team in a high-tech corporate environment

• Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Organized, pragmatic people who thrive in a results oriented environment are encouraged to apply

• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI

• Workforce planning experience

• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
