• Demonstrated experience as a technical team lead for database driven application development projects. – 3+ years required
• Demonstrated experience with coaching/mentoring other developers with Microsoft technologies. – 3+ years required
• Demonstrated experience with developing database driven web applications. – 3+ years required
• Demonstrated experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft C# .NET environment. – 2+ years required
• Demonstrated experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft BizTalkT environment. – 2+ years required
• Demonstrated experience with migration of BizTalk applications. – 2+ years required
• Demonstrated experience with SQL Server
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle
• Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques. – 3+ years required
• Demonstrated experience with 3-tiered logical/physical architected applications.
Preferred KSA's:
• Demonstrated experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
• Demonstrated experience working on development projects utilizing agile development techniques
• Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document business requirements
• Demonstrated experience working with SQL Server Integration Services to support ETL processing
• Experience with screen/web layout and design
• Demonstrated experience with automated unit testing
• Demonstrated experience with ASP.NET MVC
• Experience working for a government agency
