Product Marketing Manager—Customer Experience Analytics
$1,000 referral bonus offered on this position!
This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of Marketing professionals within the newly formed Customer Experience Analytics Line of Business. This position will be responsible for offering in-depth sales enablement, driving greater market awareness and raising awareness of the Customer Engagement Analytics and Voice of Customer solutions across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Must be able to travel globally and within the US 25%.
In this position, you will:
- Create assets to support sales including cases studies, presentation slides, brochures and sales proposals
- Lead field marketing campaign support (e.g. emailers and webinars) by preparing relevant content and presenting the Customer Experience solutions both in person and over webinars
- Be aware of and leverage our competitive knowledge to support deals
- Coordinate, or participate in, internal events to promote our Customer Experience solutions
- Effectively communicate the latest product updates to the business in terms of features, business impact and GTM
- Required to in supporting and help co-ordinate large scale marketing events on a global basis
Here's what you should have:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- 5 to 7 years related software or technology related product marketing experience, including experience driving successful marketing activities and campaigns
- Experience in working with Industry Leading Customer Experience and/or Analytics solutions
- Experience presenting webinars and in front of live audiences
- Strong copywriting skills and experience authoring a range of different types of content from White Papers/eBooks to case studies and blog posts
- Strong communication skills and experience working with a broad range of stakeholders from multiple geographies
- Marketing project management skills to identify, design and execute activities to either improve sales enablement or market awareness
- Experience supporting large scale marketing events
