TREASURY DIRECTOR

Reporting to the head of Treasury, NVIDIA seeks a highly seasoned treasury professional with broad planning, analysis and execution experience in corporate investments, capital structures, financing and allocation strategies, cash flow and FOREX modeling, and complex derivative structures. Candidate must be analytical and possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. This role is critical and highly visible within Finance and other key organizations within the Company.

As a senior member of the Treasury team, providing direct support to the Head of Treasury, key areas of responsibility to include:

- Design and execution of capital allocation strategies, including return of capital to shareholders via dividends and share repurchases to maximize shareholder value.

- Evaluation, recommendation and execution of optimal capital structure strategies, with long-term funding plans to maintain adequate liquidity and achieve lowest cost of capital.

- Oversee execution of the Company's corporate finance strategies, including deal execution on any debt offering, convertible, or accelerated share repurchases (inherent derivative) in the capital markets.

- Management of the Company's investment portfolio, including yield optimization strategies, while monitoring related credit/interest rate risks and considering the Company's investment policy. Regular planning with external money managers as well as monitoring of market and economic conditions, in general.

- Model and maintenance of corporate cash flow projections as an integral component of all capital structure and allocation strategies.

- Leadership on processes and tools to manage foreign exchange exposure from a balance sheet and income statement perspective.

- Management and execution of the Company's currency exposure strategies, including hedging strategies as necessary which includes FX forwards and interest rate swaps.

- Preparation of high quality and professional ad-hoc presentations for CFO, Audit Committee and Board, counterparties/clients and rating agencies.

- Development of partnership with senior management and members of the financial community including commercial and investment banks to maintain leading edge Treasury organization.

- Drive special projects as directed by senior management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA preferred, BS/BA in Economics or Finance

- Minimum of 10-12 years of Treasury experience, either within a corporation or financial institution

- Specific treasury experience to include in capital markets and bank financing, issuing corporate debt, convertible, revolving credit facilities; and in other complex finance matters, including modeling optimization of a Company?s capital structure, in-depth understanding of derivative products, the fundamentals pricing strategies, and FOREX program strategies

- Knowledge of GAAP and Non-GAAP financial statements, including cash flow and balance sheet statements

- Self-starter with the ability to generate trust and build alliances at all levels within the organization

- Ability to work on multiple projects with a high attention to detail, prioritize and meet deadlines

- Think strategically and plan effectively; be hands on, accuracy, attention to details and results oriented
 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Solid problem solving, analytical and complex financial modeling skills, with knowledge of Excel PowerPoint
