We are looking for a Product Manager for an opportunity at a large, high technology company. This is an inbound product management role working with the client to define, build and launch new IoT skills certification/education solutions. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategy, identify customer pain points, create education products and launch them working with marketing.
This is an ongoing 40 hour per week contract role (with quarterly contracts) onsite in San Jose, CA. This is a w2 role with Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Develop solution requirements for IoT technology education and certification programs
• Define market opportunity (business case, ROI analysis) and create product requirements based upon customer needs
• Work with engineering/content development teams to create new education offerings and certification programs
• Create and manage marketing collateral for the new offerings
• Assist with product launch activities, partnering with product marketing and outbound marketing teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in B2B training, services or consulting companies
• Exposure/understanding of education/training solutions
• Knowledge of networking and IoT technologies
• Creative, ability to think about new ways to market solutions
• Great team player with ability to get work done independently, ability to effectively work with global teams
• Bachelors degree
