Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Sr. Partner Marketing Operations Manager to liaise our client's America's Partner Marketing team with various global marketing functions, finance, and the channel sales team. This is a W2 opportunity.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

D-rive strategy with the ability to analyze, plan, and execute the America's marketing processes and infrastructure projects to improve channel execution pertaining, (but not limited to): Budgeting, MDF Process,

-Partner Experience, etc

-Provide organization and framework for Operational improvements through the evaluation and recommendation of systems, tools, and vendor selection. Manage and enable third party vendors on marketing projects and initiatives. Facilitate successful implementation of new technology and processes

-Provide Data augmentation for analysis

-Reporting and provide key insights on MDF investments, marketing program ROI, vendor metrics and effectiveness, analysis for Operational Reviews, etc.

-Work closely with the marketing analyst to ensure the dashboards and other critical data is aligned to the tactical and strategic needs of the business (i.e: Are we looking at the right data to help drive business decisions? Define success metrics)

-Increase alignment between sales and the different marketing functions

-Partner with Sales and Marketing Management on business planning and strategy, including defining coverage models, deploying personnel, and goal setting.

-Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, representing the Americas marketing team to align inter-group operational goals and execute against these goals

-Ease the pain and close the gap between what is broken / not working, while defining a framework to better organize, streamline and execute (i.e: Communications, etc)

-Strategic insight and planning – Ability to translate marketing and sales requirements into action plan and deliverables.

-Problem Solver

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills combined with business judgment, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information.

-Analytical mindset to correlate data, draw conclusions from reports, and offer insightful recommendations

-Effective Communicator: Strong skill to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations. Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally set expectations around deadlines and deliverables.

-Decision strength and priority setting - Ability to make effective and reliable decisions quickly based upon analysis, experience, and judgment.

-Collaborative mindset with proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional virtual teams.

-Highly Productive: Excellent project management skills and strength in managing multiple projects/deadlines.

-Ability to work well under pressure with limited oversight on day-to-day direction.

-Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Project Management or Marketing

-Management, preferably in B2B.

-Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA preferred.
