We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager (LATAM) for a contract role at a global high technology company. This role can be based anywhere in the US. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for all Latin America marketing strategy development and integrated marketing execution. This role requires close collaboration with sales leadership and teams in supporting sales goals. Must be a fluent Spanish speaker and written communicator.
This is a 40 hour per week; ongoing contract role (with 3 month contracts) remotely. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for localizing the Global field marketing strategy and execution plans, including the event strategy and lead generation.
• Responsible for developing a tiered account-based marketing approach that improves perception and delivers the agreed Return on Investment
• Accountable for the optimization of the marketing mix, by country and region to deliver the KPIs and targets.
• Engage and work collaboratively with all Marketing functions to plan leverage central activities and adapt effectively for the local markets
• Work with partners to grow business
Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within IT or Telecommunications, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns across all of EMEA
• Fluent Spanish speaker and written communicator
• Proven responsibility for the creation and execution of marketing strategy localized campaign activities across multiple regions, industry verticals and languages
• Excellent stakeholder management and able to draw commitment from all levels of the business.
• Proven experience of maximizing local marketing investment and securing additional sources of funding e.g. partner marketing funds
• Experience of living or working in different LATAM cultures and environments
• Bachelor degree
• 10% travel
