Awesome Institute was founded in 2014 by two entrepreneurs with one simple mission: to change the lives of entrepreneurs for the better. Our vision is to help 50,000 entrepreneurs live happier, healthier, more sustainable, and all around more Awesome lives. To make that happen, we offer 1-on-1 coaching and live workshops for successful entrepreneurs. We are also conducting a large (and exciting!) research project that will lead to the discovery of new things about entrepreneurs. Everyone at Awesome Institute works together as a team to help high-powered CEOs improve their companies and their lives. Join us in making entrepreneurship more Awesome one entrepreneur at a time.

We're expanding and need an Awesome Project Manager and Coordinator to help us to keep all the plates spinning as launch our research project and add Awesome coaching clients.

The Details:

•Location: Cupertino, CA

•Hours: Full time

•Salary: Depends on experience

The responsibilities:

•Project Management; you'll oversee a big semi-academic research project, and coordinate everyone involved

•Admin and Ops; you'll keep everything related to our team not just running but downright humming

•Marketing duties; you'll provide marketing support, lead outreach for speaking events and guest blogging, social media, and coordinate marketing projects using outside vendors

•Writing and Presentations; you are a great writer and love researching and writing on various topics. You'll provide strong support for workshops, presentations, blog posts, help with the book, and lots of other writing projects

Requirements

You:

•Have an undergraduate degree

•Are a quick learner, capable of adapting to an ever-changing work environment

•Are a confident writer with strong voice; you have a strong grasp of the english language; you can produce accessible yet polished copy

•Are organized to a fault; you're awesome at keeping everything in its right place

•Are outgoing; you won't hesitate to pick up a phone or jump in a video conference

•Have a professional demeanor; your bearing inspires confidence in clients and partners

•Can produce professional and effective written and oral comms

•Are LOCAL and able to work in Cupertino and sometimes at home

•Have some experience with independent research, academic research is a big plus

•Are inquisitive by nature and have a passion for learning

•Are very comfortable using technology and systems that are new to you
