Our outstanding engineering team provides planning, design, implementation, optimization and ongoing support services for customers.

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, and our sales organization is responsible for identifying and maintaining strong customer relationships, not just building pipelines and building the customer base. Initially, in this role, you are the farmer, the hunter and the strategist. With a hunger to chase down leads, connect with the decision maker and close deals, you will identify short and long term sales opportunities in the Enterprise market. You will initially generate leads to build a pipeline, convert those to actual sales and maintain that customer base while continuing to build that base even more. As the customer base grows, you will then build the sales team to continue that growth.

The ideal candidate is a sales leader who can develop and implement strategic sales initiatives AND roll up your sleeves to initiate and close deals. You must have experience in the enterprise market, specifically focused on building pipelines and closing deals related to IT consulting services and solutions; experience with IT infrastructure is a must; experience selling Microsoft solutions is a preferred. You must have sold to senior business and technical decision makers, forming and maintaining trusted relationships. The sale is important and retention is key. You must be a strong manager and leader, able to build effective teams of consultative sales professionals.
