Position Summary:
RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Loan Servicing Associate responsible for performing Loan Servicing duties for RSF's Social Enterprise Lending Program, such as loan closing, funding, and servicing. This position also records loan disbursements, tracks payments, keeps records up to date, and provides a consistently high level of client service with exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years' work experience in Loan Servicing / Processing for a commercial lending institution (preferred) OR Accounting in an accounts receivable or billing environment. Experience with other aspects of Loan Operations (underwriting, documentation, or compliance) a plus. Successful candidates will have a basic understanding of financial statements and lending concepts, as well as a solid grasp of math and accounting concepts in order to perform loan reconciliation, generate loan statements, and review documents for accuracy. Candidates must also have very good judgment required for making quick decisions requiring acute attention to detail, proven ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism, the ability to take initiative and independently solve problems, and to effectively escalate non-routine problems as appropriate, and the ability to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
